So if you walk over an asset mark (those where you buy the asset) and after you've passed it you press the replay button and as soon as replay Tommy is over the mark you press the button to buy the asset. Then you'll get the asset without losing any money. Here's a video with shitty quality that shows this

i don't know how the game works out how to trigger the phone call from ken to start CTC, i assume it needs 7 distinct assets - wondering what happens if we try to buy an asset again given the purchase marker seems to still be there post-glitch and if we can do boatyard 5 times with printworks + vercetti estate

@sixfour - interesting theory, although the game doesn't do any tracking when you rebuy the assests (at least it doesn't add %), so I doubt it will work. but hey, try it!

OK. So there's 2 ways of doing this trick fast.

First is to buy it then immediately press replay

Second is to press f2-f3-f1. Pressing f2 then f3 restarts the replay thing so replay Tommy gets to the marker quicker, once replay Tommy is in the marker press tab (or whatever button you use to buy assests) then wait for the replay to end. This method is much more consistent which is why everyone is using it

The exact button input I use for mamamia's method is as follows:

F2 -> F3 (starts replay) -> F3 (stops replay) -> F1 (starts replay of tommy in marker) - > Tab (can press and release or press and hold, it doesn't matter) -> F1 (end replay)

Works 100% consistent and you can do it pretty fast.

Everything up to Bar Brawl, 78000 Buy Pole Position normally, 48800 PP done, 48500 Copland done, 58500 Buy Taxi Firm with glitch, 58500 Taxi 1 done, 59500 Buy SSA with glitch, 59500

Second part of post:

SSA done, 82500 Buy Printworks normally, 12500 PW 2 done, 19531 Taxi 3 done, 26531 Buy Boatyard normally, 6531 Boatyard done, 11531 Buy Cherry Poppers normally, 1531

Notice how you always have enough money for the assets. This route only uses this glitch twice, which should work Also, thanks to Bastant for finding this just before I go to Italy for 11 days Kappa
