ELUSIVE TARGETS
I believe the moderation team discussed this in the past, not remembering off the top of my head what the verdict was, so I've pinged Solder for his opinion.

At this time, I don't think there is enough demand for Elusive Target Category Extensions (I have seen some fiberwire ET runs, but that's it).
For now I think we shouldn't add elusive target category extensions, but that may change in the future if interest increases.

Midnight Black Suit Unbanned on Mendoza
Hello everyone! Today we have decided to reverse the ban on wearing the "Midnight Black Suit" in Mendoza. This will apply to all Hitman WoA categories and games. We feel the glitch is not nearly game breaking enough to warrant a ban for our speedruns, also it is very stylish :D
