I don't stream at all but I do record my videos. Are video recordings shown with livesplit verified as well or are only streams more verifiable?

You don't have to stream at all, you just need video proof. Most people stream because streaming is less boring.

Always a 50/50 if i'm going to stream or just record runs. Generally it will depend on the person and mind set at the time, Personally its easier for me to grind runs and just do recordings but it's not as relaxing or fun for me if I'm not streaming.
