Higor tenta ver O sicronismo vertical da sua placa e desativar, se vc gravar com obs o jogo deve ficar com o FPS normal...Aqui é assim se o sicronismo estiver ligado o jogo fica lento se eu desativar ou gravar com o OBS ele normaliza! :)
Outro jeito que utilizo para normalizar o jogo é usar o Windows Media Player Clássico. Você põe uma música para tocar e dá STOP. Os FPS do jogo normalizam, pode confiar.
