Can we get a 1.4.1 bug fix version?

There's lots of simple things that wouldn't require an animator or modeller to fix which would make running the game much more fun. Things like never needing the mouse for things like selecting stars or continuing from the 100 coin prompt. I also get a lot of cpu lag on bob-omb battlefield which could be fixed as this seems a bug. Falling through the floor fighting whomp is kinda annoying and falling through the floor by the red coin near the rotating plank happens almost all the time. That's the major things i can remember right now, might edit and add more if you started working on these. Thanks for reading and approving all my useless single star runs lmao

Edit: Couple more things couldn't resist lmao. The camera sensitivity is currently linked to frame rate so can that be fixed and a slider added to change the value. Also there's no volume slider which would be nice

Also, controllers don't work and the reset save file button doesn't reset the number of lives. There's also the infinite jump glitch and several problems with sliding/falling when you shouldn't, but since they haven't been fixed yet I doubt that they ever will.

There also seems to be a memory leak - after lots of resets, the game becomes much slower.

Yeah tbh I dont remember it lagging when i played a while ago but now it does even with a re download. This lag started in v1.2 and there hasnt been major additions and also whomps is fine so i assumed it was a bug but with some testing im not sure whther it is gpu or cpu. Heres a screenshot of task manager comapring 1.1 to 1.2 stood in the same spot facing the same way. https://gyazo.com/688addc38679bd03f96405bb2ad46720 . I already play on the lowest graphics for speed reasons anyway btw. Yeah its possible to click star 1 with A but I seem to be unable to scroll to star 2 in whomps so need to click. SlushPuppy my Xbox one controller works so at least some do

Controller profile can just be changed each time not game breaking really, wouldn't worry. I have an AMD FX-4100 quad core 3.6GHz and a GT730, not exactly top of the line but it should be able to run it at lowest settings in 720p I'd say

Edit: Oh and another thing the screen doesn't go totally black after collecting a star, you still see mario the entire time until teleport, which makes it slightly annoying to re-time

Adding to Bennett's edit, an autosplitter or at least a built-in timer would be neat.

Thats a good point and would solve my current issue of loading times being counted toward runs

Edit: Another solution is to load levels during star select and also theres a gap under the double doors for top floor idk if mentioned anywhere
