Is it possible to get a decent time on ps4. I also wanted to know if the mission duplicating and mission skips are possible, I can only seem to find runners on the pc version and they aren't put into console categories here like they are on The Warriors page. I have a pc is it worth getting gta SA for that or is ps4 good enough could someone please give me a bit advice please and thanks.

I assume the PS4 is the remastered version, and that is a big bit different, could be called a completely different game from a speedrunning perspective.

PS4 isn't remastered, it's an emulation of a PS2 version of the game.

PS4 isn't good for speedrunning as it has long loads in fades, mission markers etc. Duplication is possible although you cannot pausebuffer here.

You can try running the game but I recommend to practice duping a lot on this version.

for ps4 duping, you can check HugoOne's ps2 any% runs, he is the only one that has done it as far as I'm concered. AFAIK, you're fine as long as you don't dupe in cutscene (start mission om0 > enter marker again after the cutscene - should always work) otherwise the game will crash.
