Hey everybody! I am new to the run and I was wondering what is required for submissions? Is it just an image of the trainer card after you beat the champion or a video? Or is there perhaps a certain time where if you are under it video submissions start to become required? My time is currently 3:02:22 after 2 attempts and I am still learning the route and I was wondering what you are supposed to be looking for in a Squirtle to see whether it is good enough to be viable. For now, I am just running every Squirtle I get and never resetting to get a feel for the route, but for future reference, I would love to know. Any links for this stuff and more information would b very helpful :D

It's highly recommended that you record a video of the run, otherwise people could doubt about the validity of your time.

You can start running with bad Squirtles, but then you will probably want a Modest/Mild/Rash Squirtle with at least 28 SpA: This "guarantees" most damage ranges. Speed is important too, so I'd say minimum speed should be about 20, I think 26 is the minimum to outspeed every foe. Attack is important in the early game (and the Lorelei fight) but it shouldn't be THAT important.
