Every time the text "You cannot post another comment in this thread right now, please wait and try again later.", how many time do I exactly need to wait?

I don’t think that you need to wait long, I’ve seen that before occasionally, it usually happens when you post immediately after a previous one to prevent spam. I think you just need to wait a couple of minutes.
