Meme categories are not a priority to the mod team at this time, since there is more pressing matters with the board that we want to focus on. If this game ends up having a Category Extensions board, then some less 'serious' categories could find a home there in the future.

when actual rules and leaderboards are set up, then we will see what people are actually interested in running outside of the trilogies, individual movies, and any% (let's face it, does anyone really want to do hundo for this?)

For gonk% would you be able to use the code for the Christmas gonk if the challenge was unlock the character, or would it be to ride a gonk?

2 minutes ago (edited: 17 seconds ago) Hey I just found a glitch that lets me play as the Porg companion. I know it would be a silly category but I think it would be fun. Here is the video: I muted the game audio just for the recording and the video has a little cussing but I wanted to share. I will make a more clean version tomorrow. I am almost ready for sleep.

Locking this thread and similar threads due to the upcoming launch of the board. If you have suggestions for categories that do not end up on the boards, please join the discord and direct discussion there.

Keep in mind as a general rule though, we do not have plans of adding categories to the main board that are either A ) Some arbitrary segment of the game (Unlock Max Reebo%, for instance) B ) Categories that no one has done a run of C ) Categories that are very similar to the categories that are allready on the board (Max% and Unlock All Characters are too similar to 100%, for instance) D ) Challenge Runs (Minimum Button Presses, Damageless/Deathless runs, etc.)
