Do i need a desktop timer to speedrun? Can i send a video without timer? Where can i find timers for all games and for specific games? (I saw the wr of ROBLOX:Doors and it has a special timer)

The standard is to use a program called LiveSplit, but no, you don't need a timer to submit a speedrun, you can always get the time from seeing the video itself but counting the frames.
