hmm at least for the anti air guns you can destroy them in free roam and they wont be there during the mission... not sure if they respawn or how long it takes

but yeah... having everyone walking around in riot suits makes the tranq useless... ive just been doing deployments to make this less of a problem, but so far most strats ive tested (at least for any% and any%srank) shouldnt really be affected since you very rarely actually care about guards and just keep running...

I keep doing deplyoment in my downtime to keep it on a low, but keep in mind that if you do a deployment mission and go on a mission for yourself, new steps against your methods will be taken, resulting in... drum roll... more deployment missions :D

My thing so far is to keep a mission going by allways restarting it even in the result screen by just closing the game, reloading a checkpoint and then restarting. This way you can play the same mission with the same dudes and the same times etc. over and over again IF you are sattisfied with the positioning of the guards etc. etc.

So it's 50% RNG to get a good combo on mission start and 50% pre-work to fulton or destroy anti-air emplacements and such.

" To my knowledge there isn't any new Anti-air as dynamic difficulty, only rocket launcher for guards.

Dynamic difficulty as 3 levels (4 if you count the 0) for each type of things (Aka Anti stealth, Combat reaction etc.) that might be why you saw variation in guards placement. To my knowledge again, guards numbers never goes down unless you use a checkpoint.

Some people in youtube videos were saying that using the chiken hat allow you to reset the dynamic difficulty. I don't exactly remember how it worked, i tried it back then, didn't worked. But it might be me messing up something.

The best option if you want regularity is Back up your save when enemy have Zero reaction activated, and restore it everytime. or as PaxtonMega said, reset you game every time you reach the score screen until you get what you want.

I just do with what the game gives me when I want to run a mission, and try to do the run I have in mind... I did the "perfect" vision I had of a run today, but the chopper was destroyed at the last second. I don't want to destroy all the anti-aircraft guns so I will just do it until I escape safely. Oh, also... I will have to do the armor upgrades of the chopper.
