Crash. But honestly, my life long dream will always be Crash Twinsanity 2, which unfortunately will never happen.
Star Fox. Not 64, the SNES one. That game has a godsend of an atmosphere. Of course it won't ever happen since Miyamoto has extreme preference to 64. Don't get me wrong, I really like SF64 and even think it has better gameplay, but the first game gets you REALLY engrossed.
The Gex trilogy. There's a shred of hope with the Square-Enix Collective project.
Donkey Kong 64. Large world, nice gameplay, lots and lots of useless things to collect, and takes a while to complete, would be a nice thing to see it remastered.
If not that, I'd say the whole Oddworld series from PS1 (and yes, I saw that Abe's Odyssey was on Steam and remastered, still would be nice to see the other games too).
Also Yoshi's Story (N64). But with more gameplay, since the original one was FAR too easy, even for children, but had a nice pastel, patchy, crafted feeling. It was just a pleasure to watch back then, and has a Little Big Planet's feel when looking at the level design. A good game for children, but very underrated because of its simplicity and low difficulty. Only the 100% is super hard.
Toy Story 2 Buzz Lightyear to The Rescue - It would be so perfect if they fixed the mechanics and graphic to more realistic ones. Sonic CD - I really don't want a graphics up date.. Just a little polish here and there. Sonic R - I don't have to say anything for this one. The Lion King: Simba's Mighty Adventure - Just go look at how bad this game looks. Definitely The Gex Trilogy - I don't know about this one cuz I don't want to feel like I'm play and the gecko from the gicko inssurance commercials but it's still needed. Comix Zone - If this game got an HD remake it would be the greatest thing ever for me. Kirby Air Ride - Just make this game look like CoD graphics but with Kirby.
Toy Story 2 blttr: give TS3 style graphics and a final bosses that is not 3 previous bosses all at once and I am sold. Muppet Racemania: 4 player, more tracks based on the two latest movies, and better graphics.
All the GTA games in one. ow wait they are doing that allready and calling it GTA VI Kappa
Maybe a remake of Odama for the Wii U. With the tilt controls, it'd be a natural fit and the Wii U's controller has a mic built in(i think) so the mechanic where you have to physically say the commands would work too and hopefully better(although I don't remember having trouble with it when I played...)
