I did read through the any% route and noticed that I needed DLC for some things. Which, I don't have available. I also can't get the Day One patch version of the game to load up right. Though, I am really considering to just run it without the requisitions.
What specifically are your DLC related issues? Do you not have access to golden nug? If you are missing some DLC but still have it, it won't be hard to work out a route that works entirely on current patch. But if you don't, it makes finding a viable combat strategy on current patch pretty difficult, not sure what I would recommend other than "buy the GOTY edition for $20 so you have all the dlc".
Just a few items I ran into in the early part of the route as I was trying, and still trying, to learn the route. I continued on without it, but I had to adjust without them. I think I'll just route a run using just the base game for now. Then, pick up the other DLC when I have a chance to.
