Orlando, FL, USA

also i did 8-3 fpg, and did fast 4-2 to replace 4-1 fpg, and i had alot of timesave in 8-4 so it wasnt as hard for me to get

Just to not drag this endlessly even if it's entertaining to read, I'm just gonna point out two things:

_ You say that the attempt count was changed to 6900 for the joke but actually from the livesplit file, the fake attempts go way past that point and have absolutely nothing to do with a 69xx number.

_ More importantly and also from the splits file, this is the breakdown of the runs after the fake attempts: 4:58.434, 2 unfinished runs, 4:58.446, 11 unfinished runs, 4:57.845, 7 unfinished runs, 4:57.986, 2 unfinished runs, 4:58.125, 1 unfinished run, 4:57.719, 11 unfinished runs, 4:58.001, 6 unfinished runs, 4:56.719, 5 unfinished runs, 4:56.747

Yeah...

Keys has no honor and is terrible for the speedrunning community, an example of everything that you shouldnt be. Faking runs (especially at a top level) is an insult to the top runners and frankly any runner of the game, its a really low and dishonorable thing to do. I don't understand how anyone can bring themselves to do this, it's really sad if you have to fake a run just to feel good about yourself. I sincerely hope that keys is shunned from this community and any other speedgame community that he goes to. Everyone defending him are either his friends or people who know nothing of speedrunning. Keys really makes my blood boil with this one, first he fakes a 4:57 and the run gets rejected, obviously. now he fakes a 4:56, keys, do you REALLY think any mods are going to believe you and verify this? did you not already learn your lesson? this is disgusting.

I personally don't think the run is real, but if it is congrats man and I hope you keep up to good work @Keys

Thread is being locked. The topic has gone off course, leading to arguments not needed. If the run in question is submitted to the leaderboards it will go through the same process as any other run submitted.
