Along those same lines (not sure if this was an intended feature) - icons no longer show up next to threads when looking at a forum page. For example, I just see Gyoo’s name as the person who started a thread, but without seeing the full mod symbol next to it. Same goes for all moderators of games, you no longer see the sword.
Note though that this is on mobile. I haven’t had a chance to hop on desktop today to see if this is there too.
EDIT: Checked on Desktop, Firefox and Firefox-like browsers have no logos. Lonne down below has a picture of it in case I couldn't explain it well lol

Also on a potentially related note, I've noticed that whenever I'm viewing one of my own runs, my flag is slapped next to my name on the navbar: https://imgur.com/a/vom5L
In other parts of the site, only my name is there, and the flag is nowhere to be found.
Also appears to happen on the IL overview page if I have a top run, though not IL leaderboards themsevles. And when viewing a run done (not just submitted or verified, actually done) by a moderator, or the IL overview where they have top times, that causes the mod's flag to be used instead of their icons on the modlist, and in the case of run pages, the submitted and verified text as well. Something weird's going on with the username printing for those things specifically.
Edit: I've just now noticed this is also happening the home page as well, though it's inconsistent, and refreshing fixes it (which is not the case for any of the other occurrences I mentioned).
One last thing to add on this icon weirdness - on some games, moderator icons aren't even showing up at all for some users. No flags or donation icons either, just nothing:

I tried to add a cover for Rec Room, but it ended up being stretched. I tried to change it to something else, but no matter what I do it ends up being set to the old stretched one. Even after deleting the cover and adding it back multiple times, the old one still persists.

It didn’t take long to update, it was most likely your cache. Your browser was most likely caching the old image so every time you loaded the page you saw the old one.
Your browser probably reached its cache limit after a few hours and started removing older cached info including the old picture so now you see the new correct one. In the future, you can force your browser to clear its cache on refresh by doing CRTL+F5. That usually lets you see the image right away.
I'm not sure for how long, but NicoNico videos no longer embed on run pages--as in they try to, but the player never loads. I have had to go into some runs and add links that don't auto hyperlink in the comments to see the videos, such as here: https://www.speedrun.com/run/1zx6vvez
Think this has been mentioned recently (or something related to this).
Posting niconico links in a forum post makes the link disappear. It just doesn’t show up at all (as a video, clickable link, or text). My guess is that it’s trying to embed it but the embedding of niconico is broken so the video and link just disappear.
I have been getting a lot of bad gateways lately, about 1 in every 5 pages I open on the site
The 502s happen every year around this time and again in the summer because of AGDQ and SGDQ. With AGDQ coming up in just a couple days (and especially while it's going on) the site gets a ton of traffic and it just gets overloaded sometimes.
I was also coming here to report the "number" and "digit" issue. It looks like SpiderSponge has also reported it above.
