Maybe, play with bbg on sock folders rom - It's the only real way to know. I don't think there is any way to prevent cointoss since even on a savestate it still cointosses (so nothing you would do earlier in the level would matter other than getting the right bullet) you just have to get there on pace often enough that you can lose 75% of your runs at bbg
Obvious answer here, you can prevent the coin toss if you do the correct inputs at the correct time
Cointoss aside, the reality is that even if you're really good at the inputs the best you're going to be sure to do is get it 33% of the time. My average is probably around 25%. Anyone that says otherwise is selectively counting. What I do is make a savestate with a bullet and practice 100 attempts. When I do that I've gotten anywhere between 20/100 and as high as 35/100. Which means that I need to get to the bbg shot on average 3 to 5 times before getting the glitch... Then be comfortable enough with 8-3 and 8-4 to not choke with an elevated heartrate.
LOL, just found out that, that wasn't a coin toss. A coin toss looks different. What happend to me, only happens when you jump late. Now i am consistent again.
Actually, you could simply play through the level for the exact same amount of frames up to the bill everytime Kappa.
