Do we really need Milliseconds in Guest Star Mode? I feel like times wont get THAT close together.

Also, you cannot just turn Milliseconds off for one category, it is either all categories have milliseconds, or none do, and they are very important for UC.

Ok the issue is that demo Rejected my run because he didn't wanna keep editing milliseconds into my run... But when i went to change that i realized there are no milliseconds on the "Submit Run" Page. So i don't know whats going on... I need help

RagingBagon, the milliseconds go where the three 0's are. Its not labeled milliseconds but thats what that box is for.
