Today I started practicing CC because I always come close but can never get to T&T before the rampage ends, and I've noticed that after Cipriani tells me no fancy crap it takes a few seconds before I can start moving the car. I wasn't having this problem last night, but I've been close enough that just 1 or 2 seconds could really help. Any ideas?

It has something to do with quick-saves I believe, it won't occur in normal playthrough.
