When doing the oob in reset ops, i can't grab the rifle and i was wondering why since no one has problem with it. I don't even see the message telling me that i can grab it

Can you help me ?

do you have weapon mod bound to scroll? are you sure you have an unobstructed angle? there's some things that can block your view

I don't know what weapon mod bound is xD And yeah i place myself right where seeker is in his tutorial, i'm pretty sure nothing block my view

you need to bind your scroll wheel to use the weapon mod in your settings for the trick. this route is a little out of date but it explains how to do the zoom grabs with the pistol
