Canyon detonator has a glitch where you can go through the dam and subtract about 4 seconds. There should be two separate leaderboards for glitched and unglitched.

In Detonator, there is a trick called the "reverse trick" (RT) where one can stop before the start line and the timer doesn't go off. You can reverse and get a better start, usually removing about 2 seconds. There should be different leaderboards for reverse tricked runs.

There's not really another site for it, but there are many YouTube videos on it. Well, I was the one to discover the Canyon Detonator glitch, so I can confirm it. I also have a couple overall world records with the reverse trick, so I can confirm its real lol. I'll link a video to the reverse trick and canyon glitch. The canyon oob route is only faster if you do it perfectly. Crashing is very likely, because at least on PC there's a nasty piece of invisible wall at the end of the oob part, leaving you with barely enough space to fit your car through.

So my suggestion is to ALLOW the oob part. It's a shortcut, and even though the route was definitely not intended by the devs, this is speedrun.com we're talking about.

The reverse trick seems to not work on PC, unless I'm doing something wrong. @Rusty_, do you mind explaining that trick?
