You can use any video recording software as long as it captures the game.

You might want to try using Action. It is similar to OBS, but with more features including slow-motion recording/ It also supports mobile recording. It's even compatible with all versions of Windows. OBS is still better, I think though, so when you can, go for it.

So can i use normal phone video records?
