Its simple you must go in debt as fast as possible and you cant send money to others nor trade items its basicaly just find the fastest way to go to debt with any country and also you would haev to show in the past leaders button that you where the only one in the country its dumb but it could be fun

i agree with zir0nic, it would be too easy bc of the events, plus u can choose an really poor country (tier one) and just choose the most expensive options thru events Plus u can just set ur government spending to high and Research to high aswell, and set ur tax to the lowerst done. so yeah i agree with Zir0nic
