If I have done a speedrun months ago, in the date category, is the date when I post to the leaderboard or when I posted it to youtube?

The date you performed the run

The date that the run was done. So if you uploaded the video of your run the day that you did it, then that would be the date you would put in your submission.

If you don't know the date you completed the run, the upload date works fine.
