I have a few questions about the game for the mods please 1st off can i use IGT or do i have to use RL time for submitting my runs? 2nd could i set up my phone and record my runs and submit that or do i have to have a laptop and a capture card etc.. 3rd would talking to someone about strats while doing the run be allowed or is that not permitted?

1. Gotta use real time. Read the rules for timing
2. Using phone to record and submit is fine, just make sure game screen is always visible
3. Talking to someone during the run is fine

So for the time can i set up the stopwatch app on my tablet and just have that beside the tv? Or would i have to do something with splits? And thank you for helping me (i watch all your streams when im not working)

It's up to you how you do it, it'd be better to have splits on the stream if possible but running a stopwatch app would be fine, just submit that with picture since I dunno if it'd be very visible on stream. Good luck with runs!

So I have a question regarding what you are allowed to run the game with. I understand for some games the dolphin emulator is allowed and I'm wondering if it is allowed for this game?

Click on the rules tab, you can use dolphin but your times will be hidden by default since it's not accurate compared to console. Just make sure you read the rules fully and comply before submitting.
