The only 11 Orb run currently on the board has 3 different mods on and has several quality of life features enabled that definitely make runs easier.

I'm not saying this run is cheated but given that it's trivial to make a mod that gives you amazing RNG while pretending to be some other cosmetic mod this seems...sub optimal.

I consider that run to be "grandfathered in".

If it were submitted today I would reject it for using mods.

Even "just cosmetic mods", I don't know what the code is, I don't know what all the mod is doing.

We allow a specific mod for the "hitless" category as an exception because it indicates a hit better than a recording can.
