Hello. Can anyone be the mod of Silver Surfer (NES)? http://www.speedrun.com/Silver_Surfer#Any This is not a popular game, so just one run was added. I made good 31:05 run for any%, but the current mod is inactive for at least 1 month (and I tried to contact him). You can also add me as moderator if nobody wants to.

@Deln Apparently there is around 10 runs waiting to be verified, and as i don't use twitter that's not really of use to me. His last login is over a week ago, and for a new game it would be nice if the runs would be updated when they come in so that the game has more exposure and might gain a few more runners that way. It should be easier for everybody for Admins to make new mods than users bugging mods about it.

also if you were to be modded, twitter is probably the best way to contact people.

@Zachoholic actually one of the mods saw my Twitter message. But i can't find where to edit my submissions before they're approved. Can you walk me through where the menus are please clearly in give and cant navigate websites :(

@Unessential check pending actions (in your profile), click on the run, and then click on the three dots in the top right corner. You can edit it from there.
Unessential: One of the moderators logged in recently and this looks to be resolved.
ANGEL_UNDEAD: The moderator hasn't been on in a while, runs are pending, he seems inactive on Twitter, hasn't done much on YouTube, but has logged on Twitch yesterday. I'll shoot him a message, but it he's not on by the time the admins make their rounds on this thread you'll likely be promoted.

NekohDot: Try asking some of the runners to help moderate.
Nolcolem: His Twitch link doesn't work (probably changed names) none of his runs connect to the existing account, so that's not usable. I'll try messaging him on YouTube, but it he's not on by the time the admins make their rounds on this thread you'll likely be promoted.
@LeLeSilverRose you can request that at speedrun.com/requestgame as long as you have a run of it yourself showing that you actually run the game
As noted last week by EightBitSteve, the moderators for Golden Axe seem to be inactive. We currently have two issues that are noted in the game forum that have not been replied to by a moderator for some time.
EightBitSteve has asked for a new category to be added to the leaderboard for 2 player co-op, it's my understanding that he needs to link you his runs to put a case forward for the category which is fine.
The second is that a TAS run on the Tyris leaderboard was approved by a moderator despite obvious signs (text at the start of the run) indicating it is a TAS. This has been mentioned in the forum but not acted upon.
I feel that we would benefit from a new moderator at this point, and EightbitSteve has already noted an interest here - http://www.speedrun.com/Golden_Axe/thread/b50rj

Hello i asked to become a mod of bloody roar 2 awhile back. because the man i asked did not reply to me in over 4 weeks and i got modded for it. well now someone came to me asking about some rule refinement and run questions regarding pc/console for bloody roar 3 since im the only runner and again the mod is the same man as bloody roar 2 didnt reply to me can someone please help me and mod me for that game aswell?
Hello, i would like to be a moderator for Chaos Faction 2. I speedrun the game often, and there are quite some runs that are being not registered at the moment. The other moderator hasnt been on for 13 days, and hasnt made a run for over 4 monthes. I think it would be better to make a speedrunner whos still interested in speedrunning the game then rather have someone else do it, in csse it might be a hassle to him more then anything. Also, i would love to be a mod for the game, and add the rules for the game too. I think the rules should be added, in case someone gets into the game, since when i started, i started my times differently
jackgamer You should probably give a reason why you want to instead of just saying you want to. Both mods haven't been on the site in a few months or more, but I don't know about other sites. You should try to get into contact with them on Twitch or Discord.
