i was wondering if i could be a mod for OlliOlli. The moderator was last online 2 months ago and doesnt respond to my messages on twitch. I got WR but no authorization because inactivity.
I'm requesting to be Super Mod for "Yu Yu Hakusho: Spirit Detective" I beat the WR for this game and DanTheEnigma who is the super mod (and the only one) got upset I beat his new time, removed my run (not rejected it), unmodded me right after, disliked my video on YouTube and blocked me on twitter. All these things happened at exactly the same time. Plus, I was a normal mod for months and verified a number of runs so it's no coincident he removed me hours after he saw I beat his time. He gave me no explanation and he is clearly abusing his mod powers. I won't submit anything for the game as long as he is the mod. Thank you for your time.

I'd like to request supermod for Mega Man X6 as I was removed for no reason, and the moderators reformated the board with out a proper discussion with major members of the community, and removed over 75% of the listed runs. Thanks :)

I would like to request mod for Ecco The Dolphin and Castlevania Symphony of the Night.
There is only 1 mod in ecco. Looks like He's not active anymore on twitch. (A plus, I've waited for 6 months already to HalfBaked accept my Ecco run). I have good knowledge with in Ecco, and shouldn't be a problem for me since i enter quite often in this site. (I still run it also)
About SotN...
Seeing the leaderboard looks like the mod has no knowledge in the game. All plataforms are mixed, and he didn't add PSN version wich differs from psx version (yeah, i know psn version is a psx port, but is much slower). Sega Saturn is a completely different game also, shouldn't be mixed with psx/xbox versions. Has only any% which Isn't even popular anymore. There are tons of categories in SotN, which people runs mostly nowadays: all bosses, richter any% and richter all bosses. I'm willing to sync with CVSpeedruns and separating the leaderboards properly to make it better to submit also.
As plus, the mod also has no activity of running the game nor submiting his/her own pb. I still run SotN and I'm acquainted with fair amount of active runners in SotN also. (e.g. mouse, talic, xeiz, turbodog etc...)

@SakuraFreak Just because a mod of a game does not run it does not mean they are not capable of managing the leaderboards. SotN is generally only up to date on their own separate boards elsewhere as many of them did not want to move them over here etc. My guess is that these boards here will be on their own and mostly separate from the SotN runs posted at their own site. on that concern have you even contacted the mods directly either through twitter or w/e social stuff they use if they have any?

I wish to moderate the Super Mario 3D Land page. The mod hasn't been online of a while now and I intend to run it.
@TimeTravelPenguin just start running it and when he doesnt accept your run in a reasonable time you should come back here again, not beforehand ask for mod.
(copy pasting this again from the first post) Please keep in mind that using this thread is somewhat a last resort, in case the current moderators are not responding or refusing your help without justification. You should always start by asking the Super mods of a game/series as they are also able to add mods. Twitch messages to mods are probably best for now.

I would like to re-request moderation of the Mega Man X6 leaderboard. Timeline: I was a moderator for the game for about a year, until about 6~ days ago, where I was unmodded for no reason, and the leaderboard was completely redone. Then, all the changes were undone, and I was added as a moderator again. A forum discussion was then created, and it discussed changing the leaderboard to be more inclusive and comparable between versions (Emulator, X Collection, PS1, etc), and the discussion went nowhere, and the board's 3 categories were split into 17 and emulators were banned. This is a major concern, because the world record for All Stages (the most popular category) is done on an emulator (by me), and now the board does not display it at all. There were two easy options for rearranging the board to incorporate runs done on all versions, which was to timeout loading or use the in game timer. These two options were ignored by the mods and passed off as "not viable, not allowed, etc" and instead split the community apart incredibly. I would like to be able to fix the board, and incorporate runs of all versions, and not discriminate against players who play on certain platforms.
So, I've recently tried contacting the only mod for Super Mario 3D Land to see if it is at all possible to add misc run categories. They haven't replied on twitch of speedrun.com. They seem to be inactive on both. What do I do?
Also, there are no rules or anything and there are people confused about what they are for the categories.
