Wanted clarification on what the "Labo room 100%" entails, if you have to get every ball out of the gacha machine, or only the puzzle pieces and artifacts.

Had a run where I was short coins and couldn't afford the last ball, but I had already got all the puzzle pieces and artifacts from it, and had the little crown showing for the labo on the map. I went ahead and farmed the gold for the last ball and got it too, I just wasn't sure if thats required or not, just making sure

It's not required to get every ball out of the gacha machine for Partial 100%.
