So I am currently trying to speedrun the Version 1.1+ - Full Clear - Regular, and I have found that I am faster while beating the game with ms chalice(even with the huge timeloss of going to inkwell isle IV), but I'm not sure if this is allowed, because the rules don't mention it. If this is allowed, could all DLC content be used? I understand that collecting coins there would be useless because you still have to get all coins in the base game, but maybe it could help you get another weapon faster, so you could leave isle 1 with 3 weapons and a charm. Also, could you use DLC weapons and charms? And, even if not ideal, could you beat the nightmare and play with the relic? Basically I am asking to what extent can DLC content be used, if at all?

Yep that's all fine, that's what the DLC? variable is for. When you submit, just set that to yes to mark that you've used DLC content.
