Ranking question...

I am really new to speed running and I have a question: If I have a speed run were I finish in about 38 minutes and 20 seconds (Glitch-less) I realized that I would be in about 200th place in the glitch-less category, and about 140th place in the out-of-bounds category. I was wondering if there's some kind of rules about placing the run a separate category to get in a better place, or its just an ethical thing. I'm placing it in the glitch-less category, but i'm just wondering.

I'm no expert, but what I think is the case is that you could technically post it in OoB, but it wouldn't use any OoB glitches, making the time slower. I think you should place this theoretical run in Glitchless, but it's more of an ethical thing. I don't know, maybe a more experienced community member has more insight onto this as I do, but this is just what I know.

"Glitch-less" lol

You can post a run in multiple categories if it fits both rules. A 100% run can be in a Any% leaderboard.

Audio requirements

Startong today, runs that require video proof (top 25) and runs beyond that where video is the only form of proof, now require audio, as recording audio for only the game is now a native OBS feature.
