I assume SNES and GBA versions are different (GBA games are never direct ports). It should be its own game. alttpgba is what I'd expect it to be under.

Zelda Alttp on GBA is definitely considered a seperate game compared to Zelda Alttp on Snes. I have requested games that were not on speedrun.com and I would say it's not hard to get approved. just link the Wiki Page of Alttp on GBA. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Legend_of_Zelda:_A_Link_to_the_Past_and_Four_Swords This Wiki Link will work

A Link To The Past for the GBA is a much different game to speedrun. The game features less lag than SNES, much faster text speed but less glitches. You can still perform bomb jumps but other tricks such as item dashing, fake flippers, super speed, and mirror blocks are taken away. You also cannot perform the trick in East Palace where you can spawn only 2 stalfos in the stalfos room. Other than that, I'd say this would be interesting if more people ran the game other than myself and a few others.

Now the GBA version includes the Four Swords game attached to it as well as Palace of the Four Swords. However because Four Swords is only a 4-player game and you need to beat that game in order to access the Palace of the Four Swords dungeon, my definition of the 100% category of this game would be to 100% it how you would normally do it in the SNES version. So, therefore saying, "SNES 100%"
