Will the game request rules ever soften? A lot of games managed to get on the site before the rules hardened. But things should even out, of some rules should harden then some rules should also soften. They say “We are currently not accepting PVP games now.” Does that mean for now or does that basically mean from now on? Also, when requesting your game, if it gets rejected, and you are not sure if your problem is fixable or not, there should be an option site staff can use when rejecting a game to indicate if you can fix the problem or not.
2 - PVP games are being accepted now. You probably requested a PVP game when PVP games weren’t allowed on the site. It means “for now” in most cases.
As far as I can tell, that's not the case (or at least it doesn't say so in the rules shown through the Support Hub when requesting a new game):

EDIT: After further investigation, I've discovered that the standalone page for the Game Request rules lists different rules than the ones shown when you request a new game through the Support Hub, with the PVP rule being one of the differing ones.

I understand we want to keep the Support Hub version as short as possible, but making them be coherent with one another is just as important (if not more).

Actually I asked Starsmiley if that was true and she said yes.

Great! So now we know which of the two is the correct version. All we need now is for the rules list on the Support Hub page to get updated :)

Bump for visibility. Please ammend the rules shown on the Game Request page so that it reflects the rule change in regards to PvP games. It's one thing to keep things short for the game request page, but having two pages with contradictory rules is pointless (and it really doesn't sound like it should be too complex to correct).

Yeah, coding is complicated, but in this case it is as simple as deleting the text restricting PVP games, and may not even include code

Israel

I would assume that changing static HTML text is simple.
