@ActuallyElite When you see a post like this from a new account, which looks like it'd be more or less on topic but is strangely out of context, there's a good chance it's a bot automatically copying posts from elsewhere to try and escape detection before editing in the spam later. Do an exact string search in google and you can see if an identical post turns up.

As it turns out, the stream in question took place in 2015, and the game was Little Big Adventure 1. Looks like they've managed to crush the sub hour mark in the interim.
