Hi, so to make it as short as possible... I have a very serious recurring problem with a ROM hack (SM64) that destroys ALL my speerun attempts lately (several days wasted in total). I know the author updated it a couple of months ago and so might be planning to fix more stuff in a newer version if I can report to him the issue.

Only (additional) problem with that: How the f*** am I supposed to contact anyone specifically on this website ?!?? I know the author is a moderator but I searched a lot on this website in vain looking for a way other than this one (new thread) to contact anyone. I even sent an e-mail twice to the support address and never gotten a reply (it's been more than a month now).

Moderators should have social media links under their profile, you can contact them via any of those links. If they don't have any links, then the only way to contact them is via the forums in the game (mods should hopefully get notifications for new threads in their game(s)).

Didn't know I had to click follow to even have access to the forum dedicated to the game. There was no such thing listed anywhere else. Thanks, how long before I get a reply usually ? It can't be as quick you, surely !

I mean it depends on the mods really. You can view their profile info to see when they last logged on to maybe gauge when they'll be on again. But it's really anybody's guess as to when they'll log on again.

as an fyi: you don't have to click follow to have access to the forum dedicated to the game. the full list of subforums is hidden by default on the main forum view, but you can select to show all (which lists a stupid amount of series/games). alternatively, you can go to the specific game leaderboard and find the link to the forum on the sidebar to the left.
