Any valid speedrun.com run URL like this: https://www.speedrun.com/smwext/run/zn8dkgvz does not work in livesplit. Maybe URL context is not up to date with speedrun.com

I believe it was the API, as I had the same issue, but it was resolved the next day.

Edit: Nevermind, At first I thought they meant the autofill of the categories in livesplit.

still i put a Valid speedrun run URL in the associate run. box and it says invalid

just checked the run, you do realize the run doesn't have splits posted? if a run has splits posted it'll look like on this one: https://www.speedrun.com/Mitsurugi_Kamui_Hikae/run/1zq2871z

this isn't a livesplit issue... user error at its best.

have you tried putting in the link I posted? I literally double checked and it works on my end.

it does not work because the game title and category does not exist. I think the livesplit server is down.

I thought the "Associate with Speedrun.com" button didn't work? I was always told to ignore it and just upload to splits.io

Its still is broken for me. I just think it is because the reframe redirect to speedrun.com through IE is not working. as i dont have IE so i cannot authorize LiveSplit to use data from speedrun.com. so when i have that fixed then it will work.

And again, it's not on livesplit, everything in livesplit works as it should. you either try to put a run that doesn't have splits and thus can't be valid like you claim, or you're trying to link your livesplit to another user's run, which is also not valid.

what you are doing wrong is that in your link for speedrun.com run link instead of runs type run and it should work like this https://www.speedrun.com/Kingdom_of_Nor/run/zppg15vz

2.and "runs" in the speedrun.com link doesnt work cause how come i put that in with "runs" on livesplit and it and says invalid speedrun.com link, and i changed to 'run' without s and does work. so it does matter. idk what you're saying about me speaking nonsense.
