Hi people, i was curious if it was allowed too play this game on a wii with the original disk, i saw that any sort of emulator is banned but does that include playing on the wii with the original disk.

why is ask this is because me and a friend are planning too do a blind race on the usb loader, but if i like it and i am intrested i might want too play the game as a speedgame aswell

You are allowed to play on the Wii as long as it is through a disk. No using any USB-loader or anything like that. You can for sure do a blind race on USB, but you sadly won't be allowed to upload your times to the leaderboards. I think, he means, loading through USB, but still the disc, ultimately (I have USB Loader GX, and it does allow using the disc slot)

If this is the case, then it's perfectly legal, as long as no cheats are utilized (duh)

If not, then you can still race, but you just can't submit it legally to the leaderboards here

Using USB loaders to load discs, are a thing that have come up, even in my personal experience, and it has been discussed with the mods. As long as it's running off of the original Optical Disk, it's allowed, regardless of the means of running it (except for emulators)
