I had the same issue before I picked up my new laptop (and still sometimes, even with this) and my solution was: don't. For me, it's to be for fun anyway so it wasn't that big of a deal to me though I can see why it would be to someone else. Another solution apart from buying a new computer depends on your platform. If you're running on console, you can try a webcam instead of a game capture. If on PC, I'd say you're probably out of luck.

Try OBS. My old computer couldn't handle any other program but OBS worked just fine. If it doesn't work you're probably out of luck.

I know it's frustrating that you get you PB and the video is just plain bad, but honestly, if others can see what you're doing, and you feel good about it, then everything should be fine.

About your lag issue. Have you tried closing all the background programs? If you're lagging in game, then put the settings as low as possible. It will also help to reduce load times. If it's the streaming program itself, try OBS. It's been good to me. Check if your bitrate needs to be adjusted, or if the computer is being pushed too hard.

You shouldn't be too worried about the quality unless it's really choppy. I use a craptop and stream to Twitch with OBS highlight my bad PB videos. I don't know if that'll help.

The program that im using to record is bandicam, 0% lag and i'm recording in a netbook that has 1,1 ghz and lags with all.

Try all the different softwares : XSplit OBS Mishira Bandicam Cocoa Split or any other

However, all have very differences : XSplit - Taking a lot of CPU OBS - sometimes crashing Mishira - Still in beta Bandicam - Video compression is bad

I have a verry bad PC and I can do some speedruns! I just use BandiCam and WSplit! They work fine for me!
