If i use Master Mummy with Megaton + and his weapons, it's a default arms run or all arms run?

Provided the entire loadout of Master Mummy is that of his classic loadout (+ does not alter this) it is a default run. If you have anything beyond Megaton/Phoenix/Retorcher equipped in your loadout it would be a custom run
