Same times showing up as different places

If you sort http://www.speedrun.com/alttp#Any1 to only display NTSC records, you can see something interesting. TheKingofKings, PredAtr1990, and myself all have times of 2:54. However, only TheKingofKings and I show up as in a tie for the #1 spot; PredAtr gets ranked 3rd despite having the exact same time. If you look further down on the leaderboard, it also happens with ZoroarkWizard with a 2:56, being ranked below everybody else with the same time.

Is there a reason for this? If not, can it be fixed?

It's because of milliseconds. PredAtr1990's run is saved as 2:54.250 in the database, even though it's not showing.

I know custom deci/centi/millisecond displays are planned; it'd also be nice to enable entering them regardless of settings. Displaying milliseconds has to deal with how organized the leaderboards look. For archival/position reasons it should always be an option to enter, but how it displays remains as a setting.

My guess is the database assumes .000 as the decimal unless otherwise specified. If at one point the board allowed setting ms and then later on doesn't, it probably doesn't retroactively change the times with ms. It looks like one of the database admins would have to edit that.
