I have a few questions
I am new and I want to know if I can stream directly from my Ps4 and if I must have splits and thing like that. I would like to speedrun but I don't have a PC so if the splits must be on screen I can't do it. Sorry if it's a stupid question but I'm new and sorry if I say something wrong but I'm not so good with English.

As long as you have a stable internet connection and can stream at a decent quality, this is fine.

As with pretty much anything, you'll want to check the rules for whatever game(s) you're planning on running, but the vast majority of games do not require splits or a timer in any way.
