I need a screen recorder because Mac's built-in recorder only records 30 fps i think so i need to know a reccomended recorder.

You can use OBS or VLC, both of which are free on Mac and can record at 60 fps. There are also some paid options, but I personally would test out these two free options first.

I usually do Command+shift+5, but it takes up a lot of storage. To counter this, maybe do smaller runs (like runs under 15 min).

OBS is a good go to for all OSs from my experience (I've used it on macs, linux, and win10)

I use screen cast o matic it is good for pcs that aren't that powerful
