I removed that account and another that was mentioned and deleted all the runs associated with them. (Most of them were second and third place times.) If the people wish to join the site, they are more than welcome to add their runs (or even to let moderators add their runs), but we shouldn't look to collect every time in existence.

The takeaway: Don't register other people's accounts to put times on a board. Don't register other people's accounts at all.
