I need guidance

If you are using OBS Studio to record, then you need to make sure that the source (Dolphin in this case) is classified as a window capture, not game capture. Game capture will not record the windows bar at the top if you have your source set to this. When you select windows capture, go to properties and select capture method as "Windows 10, 1903 and up" and uncheck the client area box. There is probably a better way of doing this, but this is how I did it.

i'm using xbox game bar to record not obs studio and It won't show the windows title. It's worked for other programs I have such as mgba but not with dolphin I don't understand. Thanks for your attempt to help that's very nice of you.
