I use it to play games on emulators. It ran out of power and I charged it for a bit, but now when I hold the power button, it just keeps flashing. Any help?

Well how are you connecting your xb1 controller to your pc. Are you using the Bluetooth adapter or a cable? I would recommend in either case to double check the connection on both ends. It's possible the cable became slightly loose on one end.
