Sure it's still RNG based, but not enough to require a different category.

There is a reason that it is only a "misc category" :p I only put it on there because me and fox were discussing having it up as a practice category a while back (in the same way that the 2 bowser categories are irrelevent, but just good for practice/learning). Even with the new rabbit method, it is still a lot of RNG (it only requires good RNG once rather than 8 times, but each "check" takes a lot longer each time). I think people overestimate how much time it saves. If anything it will make times vary more than the old "legit" method (it could take 1 minute, or it could take 15 minutes, whereas the old method is probably 10 minutes to 20 minutes), which would mean that having a 149 star category actually makes even more sense. Anyway, does it really hurt anyone to have it up there? :p

Anything but 149. It looks lazy on the board.

I agree with Jumpyluff on removing it. Unless people submit runs to it, or a mod is willing to re-time the 150 runs to stop at 149 and add those, there's no point in it being there.

It blows my mind that you won't let it go. It has it's place, just noone has bother to do a run/race of it yet.
