Hello, I have just started running this game today and it has been a lot of fun. One thing I noticed is that there is a full run category for every suit. That confuses me a little because would it be from a new game, or beat all 4 stages with the suit. In my opinion, it seems like Any% and 100% are plenty, and will provide more competitive and clear categories for the game to be run, and players can have their own routes, rather than a category/run for each suit.

I just realized it says "Unlock the costume as you advance in the game (exemple: To use Double Grav, you have to get 10 tickets in Loading Bay etc.)," but that is kinda pointless for Ultimate since you would have already beaten the game, and for the other suits you would just only use them for Dark Lab anyways, so I think the categories besides Any% and 100% are kinda pointless and inefficient.

Costume runs are like New game+ Runs of the game, regular is here to have a new game experience run.

i know that some costume like Coin Eater are not really interesting to do because Ultimate have them all in one.

Hey so all the categories except regular can be done without a new game? And BTW my ultimate costume isn't working.the trader just doesn't give it to me it sayd press z but nothing happens.help

You can do regular without reseting your game, just enter loading bay first and collect the tickets if you cant the costume.

Are you sur you got all 15 tickets (or 16 I don't remember the number)?

Hi I am planning to speedrun this game soon, but the categories are confusing me. Is any% regular just any%? If so then I think going for no costume in an any% run is faster, but this would make my run go in the none category even though I'd like to be competing in the any% category. Please clear this up for me thanks

Any% means you start from a new save file and then unlock the costumes as you go, so if you don't want to unlock any that would be fine, and then your run would be able to be Any% and None. Just a word of advice that I have found No Costume to be way slower, collecting 10 tickets in Loading Bay for Double Grav takes about 15ish more seconds than collecting none, and Double Grav will save way more than 15 seconds with the cycles you can skip and gaps you can cross and other things in all the rest of the levels. I haven't officially tested it, but I am pretty sure you will save more time overall just based on how much Double Grav is used.
