If any ways have been found pls let me know, otherwise, think I found something that has been working inconsistently. (used in my last few pbs)

1. Start game
2. Open time trials
3. (Idk if this is required or eh) play the courses in the track you plan on running (also just good practice)
4. Profit I just tried this again before posting, to no success, so pretty large chance I just got extremely lucky a few times but still. If any exists already that would be great, other wise I’m gonna keep checking if this actually works.

This wouldn't help manipulate RNG at all. If anything you're probably just improving cause TTs are the best way to improve your skill at the game.

Yeah, you just got lucky, no way this was RNG manip. There are simple manips on 20+ years old games, that require timed, frame-perfect and/or buffered inputs to work with a decent consistency (I'm thinking more specifically about Pokémon in Gen1 and Gen 2, just go watch how ridiculous Yellow Mt.Moon manip is), so unfortunately it just cannot be as simple as that on 3DS
