Need Admin help to fix leaderboards

Hi there,

I'm a moderator over at the Kingdom Hearts series and for a while now we've had a problem with one of our games. BBSFMHD ( http://www.speedrun.com/khbbsfmhd ) was erroneously set up with a "time without loads" option and has caused headaches ever since. When trying to uncheck the "Separate load times" option in the Edit Game settings, all times disappear completely, even though not a single (current) run has a time without loads value in it. If there is any way a site admin could intervene and fix the boards manually (that is, keep all of the current times with loads as the run time and simply remove the option to submit times without loads), we would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks, Hobz

Fixed.

I should mention that this is a known bug that will be fixed in an upcoming bigger update.

Thanks! Should get far fewer confused people during submissions now! :)

Same happened to me.. I'm a Dungeon Defenders 2 moderator and now all the times have disapeared. I know the runs still exist cause I can still see them on my profile and on the games I follow tab. Well I hope this gets fixed soon, cause I've tried everything and I can't seem to figure out a solution. :)

That's actually something completely different: You added PC/Console subcategories, but the existing runs didn't have either subcategory set, so didn't appear in either. I've used the 'Apply default to all runs without a value' button in the edit game menu, so now all existing runs are in the PC subcategory (and consequently show up again). If there are any that should be in Console instead, you should still change them.

That being said, there should really be some indication if there are runs without subcategories set, and a way to view them from the leaderboard. I'll see when I have time to look into that.
