Hi there, I just finished a casual run on professional and am going to be starting to run NG+ on professional.

What is allowed for timing? Can I submit just the end-screen or save point with a beaten file, and have the in game time be submitted? Or does it require a recording of the full run?

You can use the Quest's recording feature to record the results screen to the typewriter save screen. A video proof of you making your one and only final typewriter save is required like on Console. If your run is WR however, then a full run will be required.

So for example, I just did a 2:07 run, and I recorded the last 6 minutes of it. I could submit this?

But there doesn't seem to be any runs in VR currently, so I'm not sure how that changes me needing to upload the full video.

Just got an update from the RE4 Speedrun Discord server. The community decided that all VR Runs will require a full VOD due to us not being able to tell if any abuse is done with just the final typewriter save (mainly using Roomscale Strats in Stationary category). So unfortunately no, only the last 6mins of the run will not be accepted.
