Is there really a good reason to add it? Language difference will surely produce some time differences, but considering how much runs are being produced, I don't really see a reason to split categories. If game was more competitive and it would be proven that Brazilian version saves/loses meaningful amount of time due to language, then yeah, but right now, nah.
I am not sure he is meaning for a category, perhaps more or less under regions for which the game is played under (maybe, just guessing?). I am not sure if Brazil uses an EU/PAL version or not, but considering how big the game is in Brazil, if possible allowing people to submit under the Brazilian version may be a good thing. If Brazil's is the same as EU/PAL then I guess nothing needs to be done.
